These terms apply when you use fewlixstudio.com or engage Fewlix Studio for design services. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Services
Fewlix Studio provides graphic design services including trade show booth graphics, brand identity, packaging, signage, print-ready files, and e-commerce/social creatives. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for a project are agreed separately per client before work begins.
Revisions & Approval
Projects include an agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed at the start of each engagement. Work is considered approved once the client signs off on final files; print-readiness and vendor compliance should be confirmed by the client before sending files to print.
Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are agreed before a project starts. Final files are released upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final delivered design files for their intended use. Fewlix Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any required licensing for materials (logos, fonts, images) they supply to us.
Limitation of Liability
Fewlix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our designs or the website, including print errors caused by third-party vendors after approved files have been delivered.
Website Use
Content on fewlixstudio.com — including text, images, and portfolio work — is owned by Fewlix Studio or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
