Trade Show Booth Design
A booth that blends into the aisle loses foot traffic before your rep says a word. We design and print-ready your booth so it actually gets noticed, and gets approved the first time.
This is our core commercial specialty. We design full booth wraps and displays to vendor-compliant specs, taking a concept from first sketch to print-ready files so your booth commands the floor without last-minute production fire drills.
What You Actually Get
Built to Draw a Crowd
A booth is competing with dozens of others on the same floor. We design layouts and graphics that catch a passing glance from twenty feet away, then hold attention once someone's standing in front of it.
Vendor-Compliant From the Start
Every exhibit hall has its own print and rigging specs. We build to those specs from the first draft, so what gets approved is what the vendor can actually produce without a scramble the week of the show.
Built for Reuse
Booths are expensive to produce. We design modular systems that can be reconfigured for a smaller show or a bigger one, instead of a one-off you replace every year.
Why Fewlix
Trade show booth design is the one service we built the studio around, not something we added on later. We've worked on booth wraps for exhibitors heading into shows across the US and UK, so we know the difference between a design that looks good in a mockup and one that survives an actual install crew, a tight timeline, and a show floor's lighting.
We handle the full path from concept sketch to print-ready file, which means you're not stuck translating a designer's vision into something your fabricator can use. What you approve is what gets built.

Trade Show Booth Design FAQs
Ideally 6-8 weeks before the show for a custom booth, which leaves room for concept revisions, vendor sign-off, and print production without a rush fee. A smaller pop-up or portable display can usually work with 3-4 weeks.
